Who’s Behind OSO

OSO Risk & Oversight is run by a local, independent property owner with hands-on experience in operations, compliance, and risk control.

This is not a franchise, not a call center, and not a rotating contractor network.

When you book a report, the person visiting your property is the same person responsible for documenting it clearly and delivering the final report.

That accountability matters.

Why OSO Exists

Many property owners don’t need a full management company — but they also don’t want to guess.

If you own property out of state, travel frequently, or simply can’t check in as often as you’d like, there’s a gap between not knowing and overcommitting to services you don’t want.

How OSO Works

You book once.
We visit once.

After the on-site visit, you receive a clear PDF report with photos and written context within 48–72 hours.

If the report is useful, you can book again in the future.
If it isn’t, you don’t.
